Shandong Shenghe Plastic Development Co., Ltd., is established in May, 2011. Located in Weifang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and covering an area of 9.2 hectares, Shenghe belongs to the support key projects of Weifang City, plans to construct 5 professional films lines with total investment RMB800 million to realize annual capacity of 60, 000MT, and aims at the R&D, production and sales of high tech, environmental and new films.

Shenghe’s current main products are: PETG shrink films, BOPLA compost films, Anti-static BOPET films, steel plate composite PET films and etc., to be widely used in bottle labels, food package, electric and electrical industry and so on.

Shenghe has adopted a circulation system of production, learning and research, by closely cooperating with several research institutes. And Shenghe has professional R&D team, production team and sales team with over twenty year experiences in films industry. Shenghe’s lines have parts selected from the leading suppliers all over the world, with special design for special films.

Shenghe has passed ISO9001:2008 certification of International Quality System, and QS certification of China Food Safety, and also all kinds of tests such as RoHS, REACH, FDA and etc. by SGS.

Shenghe focuses on the development of environmental and compostable products, of which PLA films are regarded as glorious “Eco Materials” for new century.
